Founded & Led by Healthcare Professionals
Luana, the owner of Aliria, is a graduate of Arizona State University, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. She is a licensed medical social worker with extensive experience in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospice care.
Her passion for working with the geriatric population began early—she was raised in an assisted living home, where she developed a deep understanding and compassion for seniors and their families. Her family owned and operated assisted living homes in Mesa for over 35 years before retiring, further shaping her lifelong connection to this field.
With both professional expertise and personal experience, Luana is dedicated to guiding families with knowledge, compassion, and integrity every step of the way.
Our Team
We are fortunate to have a wonderful team supporting our clients and their families. From our administrative to our clinical staff, we are ready to take on any challenge. Our team also includes a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), providing an added level of clinical expertise and oversight.
